The natural next step

Executive production — a single point of contact, from concept to delivery

We put together a production team dedicated to your film and run its pilotage. You have just one contact, whatever the scale of the project.

How we work

You don't manage a chain of vendors. You talk to one person.

A CGI production draws on separate skill sets: modelling, animation, lighting, rendering, editing. Coordinating these trades takes time and expertise that most companies don't have in-house — and have no reason to acquire.

For every project, we build a dedicated team, led by a production director who supervises vendors and stays in touch with you day to day. We remain your point of contact for the commercial relationship, arbitration in case of disagreement, and overall supervision.

What we take care of

Building the team

We select the skills to fit the project, not the other way around. A dedicated production director takes charge of day-to-day follow-up.

Artistic and technical coordination

Respecting the creative intention, consistency across contributors, and quality at every delivery stage.

Budget arbitration

Every production decision has a cost. We present you with the options and their consequences, rather than confronting you with a fait accompli.

Schedule control and contract management

Keeping to the production schedule, managing vendor contracts, and supporting you through to final delivery.

A network, not a studio

We scale to the size of your project

IKI Productions doesn't own a studio to fill. That's a fundamental difference: we have no reason to sell you more resources than you need.

Depending on the project, we mobilise large structured teams or supervise a handful of artists directly — up to orchestrating complex displays that combine several elements within a single environment.

An international network

We work with vendors around the world, which widens both the technical possibilities and the budget range.

We support you through to delivery

A project's duration depends entirely on the brief. What doesn't vary is the scope of our involvement: we stay present through to film acceptance, not just the signing of the quote. For companies producing regularly, this relationship can take the form of an annual framework agreement. For a single project, it works exactly the same way.

What we hear a lot

"Why pay a middleman?"

Because managing a CGI project is almost always underestimated. Overruns don't come from the initial price: they come from technical surprises and creative misunderstandings that produce change orders. Our job is to arbitrate before they happen.

"We could deal directly with the studio."

Of course. But a studio legitimately defends its technical point of view, and so do you yours. Without a third party to arbitrate, every disagreement becomes a negotiation. We support both sides, which is why clients come back.

"I know someone who does 3D."

That's often a good starting point, and we're not trying to replace it. The question isn't who makes the images, but who guarantees the project will be delivered on time, on budget, and true to what was signed off.

"We've never produced a 3D film."

That's exactly who we work with. Our best clients are companies for whom image production isn't the core business, and who'd rather delegate the pilotage than learn it on a live project.

A film to produce?

Whether the project is scoped or still taking shape, let's talk. We'll tell you honestly if we're useful.
