When you contact us via the website's form, we collect :

  • your first and last name ;
  • your email address ;
  • your phone number, if you provide it ;
  • your company name, if you provide it ;
  • any project information you choose to share with us.

No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR is collected.

Purposes

This data is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote where applicable, perform the agreed services, and manage the commercial and accounting aspects of the relationship.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures, our legal accounting obligations, and our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries addressed to us.

Retention period

Data is retained for the duration of the business relationship, plus five (5) years for evidentiary purposes. Enquiries that did not lead to a business relationship are retained for three (3) years from the last contact.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to authorised IKI PRODUCTIONS staff and, where applicable, to our technical vendors bound by a confidentiality obligation. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and port your data.

To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@iki-productions.com. We reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), www.cnil.fr.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration and unauthorised access. The website is served entirely over HTTPS.

Cookies

This website does not set any audience-measurement cookies or advertising trackers.

Videos shown on the website are hosted by YouTube and embedded in enhanced privacy mode : no cookie is set by YouTube unless you deliberately start playing a video. If you do, Google's terms apply to that playback.
